San Diego, California– June 09, 2011 - Radiant Technologies has been awarded the distinction of being a Microsoft Gold Enterprise Resource Planning ERP as a Value Added Reseller of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP product line. Microsoft has recognized Radiant Technologies for providing best-in-class solutions that have been subject to a rigorous and auditable approval process. The organization has also met the Microsoft Gold competency level for their skills, expertise, and resources. This certification shows that Radiant Technologies is able to deploy the necessary services and solutions to match and exceed their customers’ needs for their ERP software. Radiant Technologies is one of only 622 firms globally awarded this distinction.
Microsoft awards the Gold ERP competency in order to provide customers the knowledge that they are partnering with a well-experienced and proficient company. In order for Radiant Technologies to receive this prestigious certification, the company and employees had to meet numerous requirements as follows:
- Employ or contract with six unique MCPs with credentials not assigned to any other gold competency.
- Pass four rigorous Microsoft Dynamics exams
- Meet the minimum revenue and Business Ready Enhancement Plan (BREP) commitment
- Employ or contract with:
- Three people who have passed an Implementation Methodology assessment.
- Two people who have passed sales assessments.
- One person who has passed presales assessments.
- Provide five verifiable customer references.
- Participate in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT).
